someone once told me that if you’re chasing your dreams/making your dreams your career goal, you should work them like a job. You should spend some number of hours getting better, finding solutions, making connections, moving foward…
well, in this new year, i will attempt to return to that doctrine of making myself my job so to speak. in saying that, i was reading hypebot and ran across this dude, Onyx Ashanti and his idea for “beatjazz.” This shit is so dope to me, that it makes no sense. He’s created his own software/hardware for motion capture music, so to speak.
